WORKING METHOD

Follow manufacturer’s directions on bag, shaping dough into Bismarks.  Fry and let cool completely.  Mix 1 pound flat icing and 1oz fruit bits.  Fill with cherry filling, dip in prepared icing, and sprinkle with cheesecake pieces before icing sets.  Drizzle with fudge icing, pipe a swirl of cream cheese buttercream and top with a cherry.
