Bake devil’s food cupcakes as directed on bag of Baker’s Request™ cake mix. This cupcake works best at a 2½ oz size. After cooling, slice the crown of the cupcake completely off. Using a star tip, pipe a layer of Rich ‘N Glossy Icing over the exposed cupcake. Gently press the crown back on the cupcake. Again using a star tip, ice the cupcake with Vanilla VelveTop™ Icing. Heat Dawn Select™ Caramel Glossy Icing in a DDA® Disposable Piping bag for about 30 seconds or until product is at drizzling consistency. Snip the tip of the bag and drizzle over the cupcake.
