Directions
Working Method
Mix together 12oz granulated sugar and 0.5oz cinnamon, reserve. Prepare creme cake according to manufacturer’s directions, adding in 25% chocolate chips at the end of mixing. Prepare a crown muffin pan with pan spray. Using a #8 grey scoop, deposit 4oz batter into the pan, top with streusel then reserved cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F until cake springs back lightly when touched. Cool and depan.
