Prepare chocolate creme according to manufacturer instructions. Pipe prepared cream into tart shells using a large straight tip, taking care not to pipe above top of tart wall. Place whipped topping into a piping bag fitted with a small French star tip and pipe star designs on the edges of the tarts. Refrigerate.
