In a bowl mix together 12 oz granulated sugar and 0.5 oz Bakery Essentials™ Coarse Ceylon Cinnamon. Remove desired amount of churros from freezer and place on parchment-lined pans. Bake churros at 425°F for 6-7 minutes. Remove when warm and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
