WORKING METHOD

Mix together 1 pound 8oz granulated sugar and 1oz cinnamon, reserve.  Mix churro mix according to manufacturer’s directions.  Fry, shake off excess fat, and roll in reserved cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Serve with cajeta as a dipping sauce.
