In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix 100% cake mix, 37.5% water and 6.25% vegetable oil. Mix on low speed until mixture comes together, then on second speed for 2 minutes. Using the # 40 purple scoop, deposit batter onto parchment covered sheet pans, bake at 375°F until completely set and cakes spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely.
For Fillings: Irish creme: combine 100% Holland creme and 4.69% Irish creme liqueur, Whiskey: combine 100% Holland creme and 4.69% whiskey, Coffee liqueur: combine 100% Holland creme, 4.69% Kahlua and .53% coffee extract. Fill whoopie pies with desired filling. Roll in desired garnishes using paillette for the whiskey, crunchies for the Irish creme, and Kahlua with Crispearls.
