We mixed up batter from our Baker’s Request™ White Cake Mix, added a bit of color from Chefmaster and then mixed in 8% cake flour. The batter was then piped directly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and baked. These tiny pies are about 2″ in diameter and are filled with Dawn Select™ White Holland Creme Filling. The filling is light, creamy and perfectly sweet. Roll the filling in bright colored sprinkles to finish them off.
