Crème Brûlèe Donuts

What you'll need



Spoon 16 oz of Dawn Exceptional® Bavarian Creme Filling into a piping bag fitted with a wide nozzle. Use the nozzle to make a hole in the side of each bismark and pipe a generous amount of filling into the center. For the topping, place a heaping tablespoon of DDA® granulated sugar over the top of each donut. Use a culinary blowtorch to gently heat and melt the sugar until caramelized (about three minutes).
