Mix the cake base according to the bag’s directions. Deposit 3 pounds batter into a half sheet tray and bake at 350F until cake springs back lightly when touched. After the cake has cooled, use cookie cutters to cut heart shapes out of the cake and pipe VelveTop® Chocolate Icing between the layers. Finish by garnishing with a fresh raspberry and a chocolate decoration.
