Working Method

Make up the cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, line a cupcake pan with liners and deposit prepared cake mix (we used a 1.5oz #16 blue scoop to deposit our cupcakes here). Bake until golden brown, let cupcakes cool completely. Using a larger straight tip, pipe a purple layer on each cupcake. Using a straight tip, pipe either a yellow, orange, or pink top on each purple layer. Top with a chocolate day of the dead coin.
