Scale R&H® RichCreme® Cake Base, Whole Eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl and add butter, water and dried plums. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour 4 lb 4 oz of batter into greased half sheet. Top with Sliced Almonds and Streusel Topping.
350°F for 30 minutes.
