Scale 5 pounds R&H® RichCreme® Cake Base, 1 pound 2oz Whole Eggs, 5oz corn syrup, 1 pound 4oz brown sugar, 0.5oz salt and 0.5oz vanilla. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl and add 11oz soft butter, 4oz water and 12 oz dried chopped plums. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour 4 pounds 4 oz of batter into greased half sheet. Top with Sliced Almonds and Streusel Topping. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bars are baked all the way through.
