Mix eggnog donut mix and water according to bag directions. Divide and form batter into 50 2-ounce donuts. Fry Donuts at 375*F 1 minute per side. Remove donuts from the fryer and glaze donuts while still warm. Make the buttercreme (per the instructions, add water): In the bowl of a standing mixer, combine icing base, eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg and cinnamon, mix on low for 3 minutes. Once cooled, top with 0.5 oz. Gingerbread Buttercreme in the center of the donut. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
