Prepare Dawn Gluten-Free White Cake Mix according to bag directions, adding 1.8% matcha powder to dry mix. Scale 1.5 lbs batter into sprayed 8" baking pans. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Cool completely and depan. Split each cooled cake layer into 3 rounds, build the cake using 6 sliced thin layers and cream cheese icing. Swirl the top to decorate.
