Prepare donut mix according to bag instructions. Fry and let cool completely. Bake 8 oz streusel at 350°F for 10 minutes, let cool completely. Mix together 1 pound white flat icing and 2 oz strawberry icing fruits or fruit bits. Dip donut in icing, sprinkle with streusel and poppy seeds. Top with local strawberries, flowers, and mint.
