Directions

Use prepared leftover Baker's RequestDevil's Food cake- this is a great use for cake bellies.  Use 2 pounds cake, grind in food processor until the mixture resembles sand, mix in 6oz Dawn Exceptional Classic Fudge Icing.  Mix until very well combined, kneading as needed.  Using a 1TBL scoop, roll the prepared mixture into globes.  Refrigerate overnight.

Melt Van Leer shine, for every pound of melted shine, add in 5oz melted sweetex. Using a pop stick, dip the end into prepared chocolate mixture, then into the chilled globe.  Dip into prepared chocolate, place pop end into floral foam and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Drizzle with yellow prepared chocolate. (see directions below)

Use prepared leftover Baker's RequestYellow cake- this is a great use for cake bellies.  Use 2 pounds cake, grind in food processor until the mixture resembles sand, mix in 6oz Dawn White Buttercreme.  Mix until very well combined, kneading as needed.  Using a 1TBL scoop, roll the prepared mixture into globes.  Refrigerate overnight.

Melt Van Leer shine, for every pound of melted shine, add in 5oz melted sweetex,  then color with Chefmaster colors. Using a pop stick, dip the end into prepared chocolate mixture, then into the chilled globe.  Dip into prepared chocolate, and dip half of the cake pops with yellow sanding sugar. Place pop end into floral foam and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Once set, drizzle the the remaining pops with melted chocoalte.
