In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together 2 pounds shortening, 1 pound 8oz molasses, and 1 pound brown sugar until no lumps remain. Add in 1 pound 8oz eggs and mix until fully combined, scraping down the bowl often. Add 10 pounds crème cake base, 1 pound 8oz flour, and 1.5oz baking powder and mix until a dough forms, scrape the bowl, and mix for another 30 seconds. If dough is too stiff, add additional water little by little until desired consistency is reached. Roll dough to ¼ inch thick, cut into pig shapes, egg wash, and bake at 350F until golden brown.
