Make the yeast raised donuts according to directions on the bag. Fry, cool. To make the mimosa crème, use 1 pound 8oz Holland crème, .38oz orange icing fruit, and 1tsp sparkling wine extract. Fill the donuts with prepared filling. Dip donuts in glaze, then top with more prepared Holland crème mixture.
