Carrot Cake

Directions

Prepare cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, deposit 2 pounds batter into a lined and sprayed half sheet tray and bake at 360F until cake springs back lightly when touched.  Let cool completely and cut or punch into sizes matching shooter glasses.  Layer Dawn Select™ Cream Cheese Filling on the bottom of a glass. Next, add a layer of Baker’s Request™ Carrot Cake. Continue layering more Cream Cheese filling and cake pieces. Top with a dollop of Cream Cheese Icing, a piped carrot made out of Green and Orange Frosting and orange sanding sugar.

Lemon Cream

Directions

Prepare cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, deposit 2 pounds batter into a lined and sprayed half sheet tray and bake at 360F until cake springs back lightly when touched.  Let cool completely and cut or punch into sizes matching shooter glasses.  Layer Dawn Select™ Lemon Filling on the bottom of a glass. Next, add a layer of Baker’s Request™ White Cake. Then, followed by a layer of Vanilla VelveTop™. Continue layering Filling, Cake, and VelveTop™. Top with a rosette of Vanilla VelveTop™ and White Chocolate Curls.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry

Directions

Prepare cake mix according to manufacturer’s instructions, deposit 2 pounds batter into a lined and sprayed half sheet tray and bake at 360F until cake springs back lightly when touched.  Let cool completely and cut or punch into sizes matching shooter glasses.  Layer Dawn Select™ Chopped Strawberry Filling on the bottom of a glass. Next, add a layer of Vanilla VelveTop™ Icing. Layer a piece of Baker’s Request™ Devil’s Food Cake then add a layer of Chocolate Curls. Continue layering VelveTop™, Cake and Strawberry Filling. Top with a rosette of Vanilla VelveTop™ and more Chocolate Curls.
