Working Method

Mix Chocolate Cake Mix according to bag directions. Deposit 6.5 lbs. of batter in 1/2 sheet pan and bake at 350*F for 30-45 minutes. Freeze Cake. Once frozen, using a 1.5 in. round cutter, cut mini cakes and place back in the freezer. Melt the chocolate decocreme and stir in peanuts. Dip cakes in chocolate mixture and let dry. Pipe a swirl of mauve buttercreme and top with edible gold and chocolate disk.
