Mocha Crème Cake

What you'll need



Mix R&H® Vanilla or Double Chocolate RichCrème® Cake Base, Whole Eggs, and Mocha Flavor for one minute on low speed, then three minutes on third speed on a four speed mixer. Dissolve instant coffee into the water, and add dissolved coffee and salad oil into the mixture. Scrape bowl and mix for three minutes on second speed. Add chocolate chips to mix and stir. Bake per bags instructions and allow crème cake to cool.
