Scale and mix R&H® Fudgie Brownie Mix according to bag directions. Line a half sheet tray with parchment paper and treat with pan spray. Deposit 5 pounds batter, spread to edges, and bake at 350F until set. Let brownies cool completely then freeze. Unmold and cut while frozen (this step is optional, but the brownies will both unmold and slice much easier from frozen). Place a popsicle stick in the center and place back in the freezer to freeze solid again. Warm fudge icing and dip frozen pops into icing, tapping off the side of the bowl, and dipping the end of the pop into chocolate shavings, then place on a parchment lined sheet tray. Keep pops refrigerated until ready to serve.
