Scale R&H® RichCreme® Cake Base, DDA® Whole Eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl and add butter, water, 2 oz cinnamon and white chocolate chips. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into baking sheet. For Snickerdoodle Topping, combine 3 oz cinnamon and granulated sugar. Sprinkle over blondie base.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
