Mix cake according to manufacturer’s instructions. Into a conventional cupcake pan, place paper liners then use a #16 blue scoop to deposit 1.5oz batter into each cavity. Bake at 350F until cupcakes spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely and depan. Using Dawn balance buttercream, mix green, yellow, blue, violet, and pink buttercreme colors.
Select five Russian piping tips of choice and prep five piping bags each, one with each color except green. Pipe leaf green icing on top of each cupcake using a plain straight tip, pie a flat swirl, then pipe desired color icing with Russian tip on top of the cupcake to create flowers.
