We iced our 5″ white cake layers and cupcakes with Dawn Exceptional® Light Green Buttercreme Style Icing. The bright color sets the background for our spring flower festival. We melted Semper White Compound Coating and colored it with bright hues from Chefmaster. While still warm, we piped the colored coatings on parchment paper to create our spring flowers. Dimension was added by piping outlines over the original petals once the coating had set up. The flowers were added to the cake and each cupcake and we used Dawn Exceptional® Emerald Green Buttercreme Style Icing for accent leaves and vines.
