Place streusel on a sheet pan lined with parchment in a single layer and bake at 350F for at least 10 minutes, let cool completely. Mix together 1 pound flat icing and 1 oz strawberry icing fruits. Make up the donut mix according to manufacturer’s instructions. Fry and let cool completely. Fill with strawberry filling, dip in prepared strawberry icing, sprinkle with streusel and drizzle with more white flat icing.
