Make up the donut mix according to manufacturer’s instructions. Fry and let cool completely. Mix together 1oz summer beer with 1 pound donut glaze. Dip donuts in prepared glaze and let set up. Combine 3oz summer beer with the 1 pound buttercreme. Pipe 2 oz. of buttercreme into the center of the prepared donut. Place candied orange peel on top of buttercreme.
