Mix cake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding in 1% lemon fruit bits. Measure out 3 pounds batter, deposit 1 pound into a sprayed and papered 8-inch cake pan. Repeat two times to make 3 cakes total. Bake at 350F until cake springs back lightly when touched. Let cool completely. Fill with lemon filling. Crumb coat, and smooth ice cake with white buttercreme. Using orange at the bottom, pipe oranges and yellow around the bottom of the cake followed by white icing to create a sunset ombre effect. Using star tips, paint the bag with dark green and fill with light green. Decorate the cake with green cacti, using other colors from the pallet for flowers.
