BAKE sponge cake rounds as directed on the bag. PLACE a layer on a cake board and pipe a ring of Vanilla VelveTop™ around the cake. This will help contain the milk. MIX equal parts sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and evaporated milk. POUR milk mixture over the cake round. The weight of the milk used should equal the weight of the cake. PIPE Dawn Select™ Chopped Strawberry Fillingon top of the round. Ask your Dawn sales representative about the other flavors of Mi Panadería® fillings. REPEAT the process with a second layer, using Vanilla VelveTop™ instead of filling. PIPE Vanilla VelveTop™ as base icing over the cake. FINISH with rosettes of Vanilla VelveTop™ and fresh fruit.
