Working Method
Prepare cookie mix according to manufacturer's instructions, omitting the inclusions as listed on bag and instead using 18% chocolate chips, 13% peanut butter, 11% oats, 4% shredded coconut, 9% pecans, and 9% raisins. Using a #30 black scoop, deposit cookies onto a sheet trays and bake at 360°F until golden brown on the outside and still slightly soft in the middle. Let cool completely.
