Working Method
Mix cookie mix according to manufacturer's instructions, omitting the inclusions as listed on bag and instead using 18% chocolate chips, 13% peanut butter, 11% oats, 4% shredded coconut, 9% pecans, and 9% raisins. Using a black handled scoop, scoop cookies onto a sheet tray and bake at 360F until golden brown on the outside and still slightly soft in the middle. Let cool completely before de-panning.
