Summer Peach Pastries


  • Bakers TruthChocolate Creme Cake Base 5 lb
  • Bittersweet Chocolate 1 lb
  • Spred ‘N GlossChocolate Icing To garnish


Prepare Bakers TruthChocolate Creme Cake Base according to bag directions. In the last 30 seconds of mixing, add in chopped bittersweet chocolate to the batter. Scale 3.5 oz into each mini bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes.

Finish each mini bundt with a garnish of powdered sugar or drizzle with Spred ‘N GlossChocolate Icing.
