Ingredients

For 1 tart Ø 18cm
  • Orange Crumble 150g
  • Chocolate Crumble 150g
  • Orange Crème Cake Batter 150g
  • Orange Cream 150g
1. Chocolate Crumble
  • DAWN® Crème Cake Base - Chocolate 1000g
  • Butter or Margarine 250g

2. Orange Crumble
  • DAWN® Crème Cake Base - Plain 1000g
  • Butter or Margarine 250g
  • Approx. 3-4g Orange Colouring

3. Orange Crème Cake Batter
  • DAWN® Crème Cake Base - Plain 1000g
  • Whole Egg 350g
  • Water 225g
  • Oil 300g
  • DAWN® Orange Fruit Concentrate (pieces) 150g

2025g Total

4. Orange Cream
  • DAWN® SuCrem Nova Plus 350g
  • Water 1000g
  • DAWN® Delifruit Daily Orange 1000g

2350g Total


Directions

Line a flan with with both orange and chocolate crumble mixtures to 0.5cm high and with a 2cm border, press firm.

Fill 2/3 with orange crème cake batter.

Pipe in a layer of orange cream.

Finish with left over orange and chocolate crumbles.

 

Working Method

1-2. Crumble

Make crumble with all ingredients.

3. Orange Crème Cake Batter

Mix all ingredients with a beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

4. Orange Cream

Mix DAWN® SuCrem Nova Plus and water, let swell for 5 minutes, then whip up for 2 minutes.
Add DAWN® Delifruit Daily Orange and mix well.
Baking time: Approx. 40 minutes
Baking temperature: 180°C
