Chocolate Sundae Cupcakes

COMPOSITION:

Cupcake Batter

DIRECTIONS:

Add all the ingredients (except water (2)) to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then medium speed for 3 minutes.

Stream in water (2) on slow speed over 1 minute – Scrape Down – Mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed.

Deposit at 40g into brown cupcake cases.

Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for approximately 21-23 minutes.

Once baked, allow to cool thoroughly.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tube with DAWN® Strawberry Frosting.

Pipe a tall swirl of the DAWN® Strawberry Frosting onto each cupcake and chill / freeze for 30 minutes.

Place DAWN® Dark Chocolate Glossy Icing into a microwaveable bowl and warm slightly.

Place the warm icing into a piping bag and pipe a small amount on to the top of each strawberry swirl.

Finish each cupcake by placing a cocktail cherry on the top of each cupcake.
