Cookie Discs Peanut and Caramel

You Will Need:


  • To begin, scoop out Dawn® Scoop & Bake Vanilla Cookie Dough into even balls.
  • Take the scooped out cookie dough and dip each one in the crushed peanuts (or chocolate chunks).
  • Bake at 180°C for around 12 – 15 minutes in a deck oven.
  • Allow the cookies to cool before adding the caramel.
  • Pipe the Dawn® Caramel Glossy as a swirl on the opposite side of the cookie from the peanuts.
  • Allow the caramel to set – this can be done in a fridge / chiller to speed up the process.
  • Melt the Dawn® Chocolate Chunks in a bowl and dip the cookie with the caramel side into the chocolate and leave to harden on a tray.

Serve as they are, or display as an eye catching tower of delicious chocolaty discs for the ‘wow’ effect.
