  • Mix the cookie base and butter/margarine with a beater for 3-5 minutes on slow
    speed, then add the water and blend until mixed through.


  • Prepare rolls of cookie dough 40cm in length and chill for 30 mins.
  • Cut out cookies approx. 2cm width.
  • Bake at 200°C deck oven, 160°C fan oven, for 12 minutes.
  • Once the cookies are cool pipe 2 circles of DAWN® Fondant Sublime as eyes, then pipe strips across the cookie with a flat nozzle to give a mummy effect.
  • Warm DAWN® Glossy Icing - Dark Chocolate to 45°C and pipe 2 smaller dots onto the eyes.
