Rainbow Donuts

Red Velvet Cake

COMPOSITION:

For 10 Donuts 




WORKING METHOD:

Rainbow Icing 

  • Warm the DAWN® Glossy Icing - White to 45˚C.
  • Add a few drops of food colouring or DAWN® Compounds to colour, and loosely mix.

ASSEMBLY:

Dip one side of each donut in the icing mixture and leave to set.
