Raspberry and Chocolate Pancakes


  • DAWN® Pancake Mix USA 1000g
  • Water 660g


Mix the DAWN® Pancake Mix USA and water with a whisk for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down and then mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Drop a large amount of batter onto a prepared hotplate or griddle at approximately 175°C and cook for around 60 seconds on each side.

Stack the pancakes with a spoonful of DAWN® Delifruit Daily - Raspberry between each pancake layer, finishing with some fresh raspberries on top and a dusting of icing sugar.

Warm the DAWN® Glacage Chocolate Glaze and then pour this thick chocolate glaze over the top of the pancakes so that it runs down and covers the sides of the pancake stack. Serve with additional fresh fruit.

TIP: Slightly more water will give you thinner pancakes with more spread, but keeping to less water will ensure the batter is thicker for producing American style pancakes.
