Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Vanilla Raspberry Delight


For 1 cake
  • Crème Cake Crumble 180g
  • White Chocolate Cheese Cake 400g
  • DAWN® Delifruit Raspberry 80g 
  • DAWN® Belnap Strawberry Fruit Glaze
1. Crème Cake Crumble
  • DAWN® Crème Cake Base - Plain or Chocolate 1000g
  • Butter 250g

Total 1250g

2. White Chocolate Cheesecake
  • DAWN® Cheesecake Filling / Base Mix 300g
  • Cream Cheese 300g
  • Egg 200g
  • Milk 450g
  • DAWN® Cabo Blanco White or White Chocolate 150g
  • Milk 150g

Total 1550g


Press the crumble mixture into small greased cake tray.

Fill the white chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the crumble and flatten.

Pipe the DAWN® Delifruit Raspberry in dots and drag a cocktail stick through it to create a spiral heart effect.

Bake for 180°C 35-40 minutes and then cool down.

Glaze with DAWN® Belnap Strawberry Fruit Glaze before serving.


Working Method

1. Crème Cake Crumble

Mix all ingredients with a beater on a slow speed until you get crumble.

2. White Chocolate Cheesecake

Warm up the DAWN® Cabo Blanco White or white chocolate in a pan, add 150g milk and stir.

Mix all other ingredients together with a whisk until smooth, then add the liquid white chocolate until it is well mixed.
