Defrost DAWN® Brownie Disc and remove the paper cup, then put the disc in the bottom of a ring mould.
Pipe 15g DAWN® Delifruit Classic Dark Cherry in the centre.
Fill up and spread Cream-Mousse base to form a thick layer on top.
Chill in the fridge for about one hour.
Mix together DAWN® Decorgel Neutral with DAWN® Delifruit Classic Dark Cherry to achieve a smooth finish, and spread on top of the cake.
Remove ring mould and serve.
Mix together DAWN® Mousse/Crème Dessert - Base with 200ml milk.
Fold in the whipped cream.
