Pina Colada Mocktail Cupcakes

Pina Colda Mocktail Cupcakes

COMPOSITION:

For 12 Cupcakes


BASIC RECIPES:

Crème Cake batter

  • 1000 g DAWN Crème Cake Mix
  • 350 g Egg
  • 250 g Water
  • 300 g Vegetable oil

1900 g Total

Coconut Cream

1450 g Total

WORKING METHOD:

Crème Cake batter

  • Mix all ingredients with a flat beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3-4 minutes on medium speed.

Peppermint/Woodruff Cream

  • Mix Fond with water and Compound Coconut fold in whipped Cream.

ASSEMBLY:

  • Fill the crème cake batter into the cupcake cases.
  • Pipe DAWN® Delifruit into the middle.
  • Bake at 180°C in a deck oven or 160°C in a fan oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Decorate the cupcakes with the coconut cream and decorations of your choice, such as cocktail umbrellas and edible flowers.
  • Decorate cupcakes with coconut cream, a fine coconut dusting and decorations of your choice.
