Press the crumble mixture into small greased cake tray.
Fill the white chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the crumble and flatten.
Pipe the DAWN® Delifruit Raspberry in dots and drag a cocktail stick through it to create a spiral heart effect.
Bake for 180°C 35-40 minutes and then cool down.
Glaze with DAWN® Belnap Strawberry Fruit Glaze before serving.
Mix all ingredients with a beater on a slow speed until you get crumble.
Warm up the DAWN® Cabo Blanco White or white chocolate in a pan, add 150g milk and stir.
Mix all other ingredients together with a whisk until smooth, then add the liquid white chocolate until it is well mixed.
