Add DAWN® Golden Genoese Cake Base, water (1) and veg oil to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then 4 minutes on medium speed. Add the water (2) and continue to mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scape down and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed. Deposit at 40g into various colour cupcake cases.
Bake in a deck oven at 170°C for 18-20 minutes.
While the cupcakes are cooling, place your frostings into piping bags fitted with deep star nozzles. You can use the DAWN® Vanilla Frosting and mix it with food colouring to create other colours. When the cupcakes are completely cool, decorate with different frostings using a reverse swirl (starting from the centre and working outwards). Roll out lengths of green sugar paste to represent flower stems.
The flowers can be all one colour (e.g. Red, to form a bouquet of roses)
