What you'll need

Crème Cake batter

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a flat beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3-4 minutes on medium speed.

Peppermint/Woodruff Cream

Directions

Mix Fond with water and Compound Coconut fold in whipped Cream.

Assembly

Fill the crème cake batter into the cupcake cases. Pipe DAWN® Delifruit into the middle. Bake at 180°C in a deck oven or 160°C in a fan oven for 25-30 minutes. Decorate the cupcakes with the coconut cream and decorations of your choice, such as cocktail umbrellas and edible flowers. Decorate cupcakes with coconut cream, a fine coconut dusting and decorations of your choice.
