Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together the Dawn Balance Crème Cake Mix Vegan Chocolate, Oil, Water and Dawn® 'Crunchy Bee’ Mix. 
  • Next, pour the mix into a large, well-greased loaf tin. 
  • Spoon the Dawn® Delifruit Classic Red Cherry into the cake mix and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, turn the tray and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  • Once cooled, slice the loaf and garnish with Dawn® Chocolate Frosting.
