Brownie Base


Add the Dawn® Cake Brownie Mix to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and stream the water in on slow speed over a minute and then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Deposit at 1000g into 12” x 7” traybake foils. Pipe Dawn® Delifruit Classic Raspberry on top.

Bake in a deck oven at 180°C for approximately 27 minutes.


After the brownie has cooled pipe some Dawn® Chocolate Fudge Icing on top and smooth out with a palette knife.

Sprinkle with cookie crumps and then place some large and small marshmallows on top. Brown the large ones with a kitchen blow torch. Finish with some fresh raspberries too.
