Mix all ingredients with a beater on a slow speed until you get crumble.
Warm up the DAWN® Cabo Blanco White or white chocolate in a pan, add milk (2) and stir. Mix all other ingredients together with a whisk until smooth, then add the liquid white chocolate until it is well mixed.
Press the crumble mixture into small greased cake tray. Fill the white chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the crumble and flatten. Pipe the DAWN® Delifruit Raspberry in dots and drag a cocktail stick through it to create a spiral heart effect. Bake for 180°C 35-40 minutes and then cool down. Glaze with DAWN® Belnap Strawberry Fruit Glaze before serving.
