Mix all ingredients with flat beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3-4 minutes on medium speed Add required chocolate chunks on slow speed

Mix all ingredients with flat beater for 1 minute on slow speed and 3-4 minutes on medium speed Add required chocolate chunks on slow speed

Assembly

Pipe or scoop the muffin batter into mushroom muffin cases. Bake at 190°C deck oven, or 160°C fan oven for 30-35 minutes then leave to cool. Warm the DAWN® Glossy Icings to 45°C, colour the vanilla one with orange food colouring and leave in a bowl. Dip the muffin tops into the orange icing and leave to set. Put the DAWN® Glossy Icing - Dark Chocolate into a piping bag and pipe three circles onto the top of the muffins. Drag a cocktail stick from the top centre down to the bottom of the muffin top to create a feathering effect through the icing. Do this evenly around the muffin so it looks like a spiders web.
