- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix for 1 minute on slow speed and then a further 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Grease a muffin tin with oil or cooking spray and spoon 50g of the brownie mix into each muffin compartment. Add some Dawn Cherry Compound into the centre.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes at approximately 175-180ºC.
Add water little by little to the icing sugar, constantly mixing until a very thick mixture is formed. Place into a piping bag with a small round tip and pipe into spiderweb shapes. Leave to air dry for a couple of hours and arrange on top of the brownies. Be careful though as these will be fragile.
Note: You can make the spider webs with vegan white chocolate for a complete vegan product.
Once the brownies are cooled and the spiderweb decorations are hardened, just place the decorations on top of each brownie.
